In one-on-one sessions our Personal Trainers provide individualized sessions that addresses your goals and provides support, encouragement, and motivation to your experience.

We are meticulous about using proper technique and vary the routine. We come at the time and location of your choice such as your home, bike trail, swimming pool, track, community center, or assisted living facility.

All customized programs are supervised by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We bring the equipment for a full workout to you. We offer wellness programs for both longer periods of time or short intervals. Our personal trainers are also available to lead classes at an assisted living facility, independent living facility, or community center.
